You had a job and the company provided some resources for you. Make sure that you let them know that you appreciate them, you are moving on but just keep in mind that you never know when you will see that manager or supervisor. Or, you may just be back at that company with all of the merges and acquisitions that we are seeing today, you may start out at one bank and it will be bought by another bank.
